Wehr Ford Motors Had dealer service my Ford vehicle (oil change) and vehicle came back with heater malfunction Mountain Grove Missouri
Dealer service department refused to make this good; when they repaired the damage they did to my vehicle they charged $208. I contacted the Ford Motor Company headquarters at (800) 392-3673 to complain about this. I was told that they "had" to charge for repairing the damage because the vehicle is no longer under warranty. Hmmm. I don't think the warranty would have covered damage they did when they were supposed to be only doing an oil change and fluid level check. If they're damaging people's vehicles to drum up business the public needs to be warned. That money was supposed to have gone for some badly-needed tires before Winter.
Another peeve (did they do this to you, too???). The vehicle came back both times with the driver's seat and the radio changed. Were they out joyriding, too?
