Placed an order at walmart.com for blu-ray movies that were at amazing prices(7.88 etc) I purchased 10 all meant as a gift and was marked as such. Paid for the items with my credit card without an issue. I receive my package from UPS and Idiotically sign for it without verifying its contents since it felt like a normal package. I open it up and to my surprise bubble wrapped filler and an invoice with the item numbers of all the movies I had ordered. 
So i contact Walmart.com via email about the issue immediately. They reply about 4 days later stating

"Hello XXXXXX,
 
 Thank you for contacting Walmart.com regarding your refund request. We apologize you did not receive your order. We 
 We advise you to dispute the charges with your financial institution.
 
 Daniel, while we strive to deliver the best experience possible, we apologize that certain conditions sometimes prevent that from happening. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this email.
 Sincerely,
 Walmart.com Customer Care"

So I file a claim with my credit card bank and its ongoing, but I called walmart and they told me they couldnt refund me because they had filed a claim with UPS. I dont understand anything at all. I am stuck at the moment with a bill for goods not received. The packaging was never tampered with or was broken when arrived meaning it was a packaging error and I am being forced to pay for it. Its unfair and I hope this never happens to anyone.
