Walmart Care Plan.com have not followed thru with their promises Nationwide
I filed a claim in November 2017. After many failed attempts of emailing the company to send a return label the company sent a label thru the post office, they received the phone on 1/28/2018 and when i emailed the company about my refund they said they would email an e-giftcard and as of today (3/7/2018) I still have yet to receive the giftcard, I did email the company and let them know if I do not receive my giftcard by midnight I would be contacting an attorney to get this matter resolved.
