August 30 2017 We purchased Two Apple iPhone 6 from Walmart. We purchased for $59 additional per phone,  the Product care plan. The sales person said it was a very good plan,  stating if for any reason your phone gets damaged it covers full replacement.

I called the # on the brochure and I was told I need to pay another  $29 For them to process this! I told her that it sounds like a scam.  I refuse to give her a credit card number nothing on the brochure mentioned this. She said I was given the wrong information! I asked for her location,  she reluctantly said Arkansas , I cannot give you an address!  Her name was Jackie # 6505187.

I called the store talked to a manager who continually referred me back to the care plan people saying that I should talk to their management. . I said they wouldn't give me their address I bought this from you and your the one I'm going to deal with. When her attitude got heated I said,  if you refuse to help me we'll do this another way. She yelled , are you threatening me? I said no I don't even know you, there are places like the district magistrate does Walmart want this type of publicity ?  I talked to a customer service person named Nate, who yelled at me too, when I said I'm not dealing with this care plan you sold it I'm dealing with you. 

Why is it in today's business world people want to pass responsibly to others or create a false narrative about you and not deal with the facts.

Fact is I'm not receiving what I bought. SIMPLE
