WARNING AND BEWARE To all parties who may be considering entering into a business relationship with VoIPSwitch, Inc. voipswitch.com . In April 2015 we hired VoIPSwitch, Inc to design a complete working solution for our retail telecom business that included the development of custom dialers for IOS and Android. 3 years have passed and we are still waiting for delivery of a working App. We negotiated a price and paid for their services , yet they have failed to deliver what we paid for. The current build has many so many bugs that the App is basically useless. We have tried to be reasonable in helping them solve the outstanding issues , however , they have not been worked out and now the senior management at VoIPSwitch , President Alex Ellinson, and CEO Michael Bibleman have stopped responding to our emails regarding the outstanding issues. This issue has become a legal matter and VoIPSwitch will be facing a fraudulent business transaction lawsuit in the courts. We have begun litigation proceedings in an effort to return our monies and get a legal judgment for fraud against VoIP Switch, and if possible disrupt and hopefully bankrupt this dishonest company and their duplicitous management team. Social Communications is a US corporation with an excellent reputation within the telecom business community and we would be happy to discuss our experiences regarding VoipSwitch with you. To all concerned,
We are giving notice that VoIP Switch Inc. has satisfactorily corrected and delivered a working telecommunication dialing App to our company, Social Communications, LLC. We feel that that a poor communication between both companies led our complaints and dissatisfaction with the product that was delivered originally. All is well, and we will continue to work going forward with VoIP Switch, Inc.
