Where in the world to begin- let me just start with the disturbing telephone phone call I just completed from one "Superior Asset Management" debt collecting agency, hired by - you guessed it T MOBILE.

This is the first I have heard from T MOBILE in over two years. I HAD (and have since switched to ATT Mobile services and been extremely pleased) an account with VoiceStream appox. 3 years ago. A couple of months before my contract ended the telephone was stolen in an auto burglary. I called to inform them and cancel the account. I was told, "No problem, just send us a copy of the police repot." I did so and didn't hear from then again.

Well, low and behold, this Wednesday I get a telephone call from the aforementioned debt collector. Stating that I owe T MOBILE 530.00. Of course when I question him about what I owe the money for, he can't provide me with that information, it is the responsibility of the original creditor. So I telephone T MOBILE to find out what this amount is for.

Here's where it gets very typical of T MOBILE's business practices, I was informed that they can't give me any information regarding the account, due to privacy rules. I said, well then mail me something stating what you are billing me for. Well, they can't do that either per Joanna ID # 1812539, a supervisor. So she and I went back in forth with my asking her if she would just mail out a 530.00 check to a company that she had not heard from in over 2 years without finding out what it is she was being billed for. Joanna has been programmed to repeatedly say, "That's our policy maam." That was her answer to most all of my questions. When I requested to speak with someone higher than Joanna I was told that no one was available. The same day I wrote a letter to the company explaining the sitution and requesting addtl. info. Have not heard from them to date, however, this charge is not showing up on my credit report!!! From the VERY beginning T MOBILE overchared my account, switched my plan without being told to do so, resulting in several overcharges, and don't even get me started on the lack of coverage in my area.
