RE: T-Mobile - Overcharges, POOR Wireless & Customer Service & now my cell-service has been disconnected since 1/26/03! Per Go Wireless Nokia 5190 doesn't have a Keypad Lock feature as of 1/30/03.

1/14/03 - My third written attempt (3rd) to dispute your billing charges ref: account: (000) 000-0071/000000001. For your convenience I am restating my claim that duplicitous charges where noted on 10/28 - 11/27/02 bill amount $317.02. Your Customer Svc Mgr - Tung stated on 11/16/02, during my phone inquiry that he would apply a credit of $180.00 leaving a balance of $137.02. I sent you a check for $50.00 in light of your pending review, hence a balance of $87.02 [not $240.95].

On 1/2/2003 @ 1:10PM PST I received a voicemail message from Candace stating that a review is being performed and I would hear back from your company in a couple of days. As of 1/14/2002 (12 days later) I have only received a text message - "your payment is due" and a threatening letter dated 1/2/2003, stating that my service would be terminated on 1/2/2003 and sent to collections if I did not pay my bill $240.95 by 1/2/2003. The postmark on this letter was 1/2/2003.

I have called your company twice (x2), written your company three times (x3), submitted payments totaling $97.65, making every good faith attempt to resolve this billing dispute. Since 8/2001 to 10/2002 I have not exceeded my minutes nor have I been delinquent on payment to your company. Now, I have disputed billing charges, since 11/16/2002 - your company has decided to threaten me with collection notices and you have been totally remiss in addressing my billing dispute claims. I notified your company by phone & in writing of such disputed charges within your stated sixty days of the first bill on which these charges appeared. It has been almost sixty days since I first notified your company of my dispute and your company has only managed to issue threats as your response. By carbon copy of this correspondence and those of 11/16, 11/18 and 12/12/2002 - I am notifying the FCC of T-Mobile unfair billing practices.

On 11/16/02 I contacted your manager Tung who requested my SS# for ID purposes. I advised him that SS# are strictly for Federal tax ID purposes and not to be used for non-federal service purposes. He had me create a password ID, he apologized the late mail out of the 11/02 bills. I pointed out the billing errors on my 9/28/02 to 10/27/02 statement I have attached another copy of this correspondence for your convenience. He agreed there appeared to be several duplications of charges and stated he would apply a credit of $180.00 leaving me a balance of $137.02. I queried how he came up with $180.00 credit he stated he pulled it out of the air.

On 11/17/02 I reviewed my 11/02 statement more carefully and called your customer service rep- who also agreed that many charges appeared to have duplicated gave me a form# 0000094 [see my 11/18/02 correspondence for the 555 minutes of duplicated charges.] I have attached another copy of this correspondence for your convenience. She attempted to troubleshoot by having me lock my phone keypad that did not work. She then referred me to a Go Wireless store here in Fremont, CA for them to check out the phone & she applied an additional 75 whenever mins to my account = total 135 min. This month I used 97 mins of those whenever minutes but you billed me $7.60. So once again I hereby notify T-Mobile of my dispute of the following charge: 11/11/02 Hayward 510-000-0015 37 mins = $7.60.
