Buyer Beware! You be the judge and make your own decision, whether you want to do business with vipmemberstore.com. I ordered the night vision glasses for $59.90 on January 12 2018, after reading an article that stated these were great glasses, and this was a good company. That has definitely NOT been my experience. About eight weeks after ordering, I sent an email to inquire why I had not received them. They replied that there was some shipped delay, so I waited four more weeks until April 9th 2018, and asked by email again. What I received shocked me, they, without my permission or agreement, decided to cancel my order and said they would issue a refund to my credit card, and provided a transaction number. When I reviewed my account there was no evidence of a refund. As of this date August 13, 2018, I have not seen evidence of the refund. My credit card company did a deep search of my account, and found no evidence of the transaction.

Between April 9 and August 13 I have sent 10 plus emails and called about three the customer support of vipmemberstore.com. I have kept all the emails, and recorded the dates I made phone calls. Each time I get the response “we will look into it and check with the billing/finance section. “ As of to date unless I issue an inquiry, they have never, I repeat Never, received feedback as to what the problem is. Just that canned response. It has truly been an exercise in frustration, and lack of customer care on their part. This is the first time in my 68 years, I have been treated this way, and they are the first company to do so. So buyer beware, and think twice before doing business with vipmemberstore.com.
