So much could be learned by checking the Rip Off Report before doing business with this schmuck! I too was taken by his bull crap. His loan guy, got my personal information and they bought stuff from Walmart online and had it delivered to the house I was supposed to take possession of. Noticed I used the word "supposed." He has my down payment and I won't agree to the finance rate that his finance guy wants to rape me for, so he has this contract that you sign and he inherits the down payment! I am filing a complaint with the New Jersey State Police. This man is a fraud!
