Villa4less.com LLC Luis Vicente Atlas Vacation Homes They owe me money! Celebration Florida
Money owed to us regrading the renting of our property. No statements since October of 2017. No responses to phone calls. We have not received a a statement from the company since October 2017 regarding the property they are managing for us. Daily phone calls to the company's main number as well as the owner's cell go unreturned. There are maintenance issues at the home that still haven't been rectified even though we were charged for them. We were also charged $583 for a pest control contract we never authorized especially sine the homeowners association has a contract included through them. We were promised a check in March that never showed up, very frustrating. I have also recently discovered that the owner Luis Vicente has started up a new company Atlas Vacation Homes. This guy is a crook so beware!
Desired Outcome
We would like accurate statements to date confirming the rental of the unit from November 2017 to present and be paid the money owed to us beginning with the $6546.75 due do us as of the October 2017 statement.
