I called the toll free number from the ad which said you get a free 10 day trial of ebay lessons for shipping & handling of $6.95. The first red flag was that the customer service (ie sales person) told me that while yes you did get 10 days to review they only ship out the whole lesson. If you after trying the "free" lesson decide against buying it you just had to call the toll free customer service number included in the box to get an Return Authorization number and send back the other cds to not be charged $189.95 on your credit card.

Against my better judgement, I agreed to have them send me the lessons after they agreed to only charge me the shipping & handling for the first 10 days. They did not tell me that they start counting the 10 days from the day they ship it out. No leeway for slow mail! By the time I got it and had my husband look at it with me (took a couple of days for this) I called customer service to ask which disks needed to go back. I was told that my 10 days had expired and they had charged my account $189.95! Being all upset that I had not had enough time to review nor definite marking as to which was the "free" lesson. I asked what I could do. They offered to email me a rebate so it wouldn't cost so much. I never got it.

My advice, DO NOT order this or any other product when their sales people have a different story from the advertisement. Don't get cheated.
