Complaint Review: victoriaheart.com - Road Town

 I am writing a list of complaints about this matchmaking website

i became a member on there and later found out they are doing some real clever scamming and

the male members are suffering financial loss because of it,etc.

i went on there around april 1,17 and i saw there website ad on a free dating site i was on

where i did'nt have any success at finding a wife but was on there one day seaching and saw the

victoria hearts ad so i clicked on it and it looked really promising and i believed what they

said that there are "no fake profiles and the women will contact me",etc.

my purpose was to find a Beautiful single woman who i could be friends with and marry in time.

in about 2 weeks there was aboout 1200 ladies mostly from Ukraine and Russia who wrote me letters

and i was shocked and could not respond to all of them.

some time later i realized that seems to good to be true...

in order to write to these ladies, the men have to buy credits that are expensive...

there are a few free credits at the beginning but get used up fast.

strange how 1200 ladies like me and i have to pay the website money for credits to contact

them and if i want just 1 of their personal address's then i have to spend 1000 credits on

each lady, that is around 220.00 US funds. 

i asked 2 different ladies from the site if they pay anything and they said no, its free for

them,etc. Strange...  this is not right!

that free site (www.fdating.com) i have been on for about 1.5 years that has real people on

there and women from the

Ukraine and Russia and there is no where near 1200 ladies writing me on there from those 2

countrys and when i find a real Beautiful one on there she does not even want to contact

me back or just writes a few times and stops. that seams like the real world to me and not

like victoria hearts..

if women really are looking for a man they won't care what website they are on..

they will write... so if there really is hundreds of single ladys interested in me from the Ukraine

then they will be writing me a lot on the free website as well...

Most of those 1200 Ladys from what i could see are Beautiful like the best on earth...

this all sounds like a setup to get me to write 1200 ladys so i can be poor and make the

people behind that website rich,etc.

this is not for me...

I was close with one lady on victoria hearts and we wrote each other a lot on there and it seemed so real

what was going on between us and I bought her flowers to get her email address and we wrote each other there

on our own personal email address's a few times and then she would not write me there any more even after

we both agreed to write off the website to save me money.

later i wrote her on the site and she will only write me on the site (where i have to buy credits to write letters)

and does not seem that interested in me anymore.

one time her profile was gone but i found it in where i sent the flowers to and i contacted her again and

asked her were she was but she won't explain why she was gone,etc.

i don't know of anything that i did or said that would have turned her off towards me,etc.

also why is it that the lady in the video on her profile is different from the lady in the pictures?

I can see this plain as day!

there is no way they are the same woman!!!  i take pictures of family and friends and never does a video

change the looks of a person so they appear to be someone totally different...

i have chatted with other ladys on victoria hearts and there is something fishy about them to, like they don't seem to be

real but only someone hiding behind a picture to lure men into buying credits,etc.

Around may 5,17 i took my pictures off my profile and my introduction message and just wrote: POOR AND NEEDY

Women are still interested in me to this day and writing me messages and saving me to there favourites list!

what Woman in her right mind would be interested in a profile with no picture and all the person has to say is poor and needy?

I tried this because i did a search on the web for complaints about victoria hearts and found complaints about a

mirror website they have called victoria brides which looks very much the same and both sites share the same support tellaphone 

numbers and men have to buy credits on both sites to write Women,etc.

These website are all the same organization and you can compare their support tellaphone numbers, they are all the same number

and the layout of the pages are the same:

there was an artical i found about how someone from a website put a dummy profile on victoria website with no picture

and no introduction message and they were getting interest from female profiles on the site...

they figured that the victoria site is using something like textingbots behind pictures of Women to get men to buy

credits and write them...

datingbusters.com  has some complaints the victoria site as well.

I emailed the support team at victoria hearts telling them i want my money back and pointing out all the

wrong things they are doing..

they emailed me back saying they will review my request and if i want to add anything, then to reply to

that email,etc.

so i did write them to add something else i remembered and after a few days they emailed me saying that

they are waiting for my response, i was kind of puzzled at this because they are the ones i am waiting

a response on and i looked back on my messages and there was nothing from them that i needed to respond to..

the next day i emailed them saying that it is I that is waiting a response from them...

they emailed me saying that because i did not respond, so their system decided that the problem with me

was solved...

it seems like they are creating confusion so they don't have to deal with the fraudulant activity they are doing

and give me my money back..

sometime after this the CEO Victoria emailed me apologizing for my bad experience and gave me a 50% discount on

buying more credits on the website, but no willingness to give me my money back like I asked...

so basically she wants to urge me to give them more money to get scammed all over again, but this time I will only

get scammed for 50% !!  so then she wins and I loose...

I don't go for that!

I SPENT $867.89 US ON THIS WEBSITE JUST TO LEARN THAT I AM BEING SCAMMED...

I AM FINNISHED WITH THIS AND I WANT ALL MY MONEY CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD FROM THEM ASAP!!

AND I WISH SOME ORGANIZATION COULD INVESTIGATE THEM AND SHUT THEM DOWN PERMANTLY TO STOP THEM FROM

SCAMMING OTHERS AND SO OTHERS WILL NOT BE SCAMMED OUT OF THEIR MONEY ANYMORE AND NOT TO MENTION

ALL THE PAIN THEY FEEL FROM BEING SCAMMED,ETC.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS EVIL??

PS  I also called the Victoria hearts support number on June 19,17 and could not get to talk to anyone but I left

a message on their answering service and I left my email address.

As of June 23,17 I did not hear from them as a result of my phone message.

I called them again on this day and left a message leaving my tellaphone number. . But as of of July 4,17 I have

not heard from them as a result of that message..
