VICTOR ACUNA IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!
He starts his ads on Craigslist he has need for a loan and uses gold as collateral. I sent Victor $35,000 and the gold he sent was 100% fraudulent. Everytime I attempted to contact him, he is always busy with "meetings" and never returns phone calls. I sent multiple emails to Victor and anyone else that I could find that is associated with this company. Once he gets your money, you are at his mercy. Once I realized that he had stolen my money, I demanded it back and they would not do it. He sent me a contract to take almost 1/2 of my money in "fees" if they were to send it back.
This man is a fraud and a crook. Take this as a warning. You will be on your own if you do business with him, unless you have a good lawyer.

1) Please also post this complaint under the real name of this scam artist "Vic Ocana."
2) Please work with CO authorities, specifically John Koncilja of the Pueblo DA's office, the IRS, the FBI, and any other agencies that will listen. This low-life con-artist needs to be stopped!
3) Periodically, do internet searches to document how this excuse for a man continues to victimize people. Believe it or not, the authorities apparently don't take this simple action.
He served time in federal prison before for almost the SAME THING. He didn't learn his lesson, and you and I have paid the price.

Yeah, with Vic its one con after another. The guy came to a food bank I volunteer at promising to double our capacity and feed twice as many people as we were feeding. In reality he just wanted access to the 75,000 lbs of food we get donated every month so he could go out and sell it.
The guy is an absolute sociopath and most every word out of his mouth is a lie. He wouldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it.
Thank goodness we were able to stand up to him and had the legal backing to force his hand. Had we not, it would have been a disaster. Because we did he just quietly went away.........obviously to start this fake gold scam..........

Apparently his REAL name is VICTOR OCANA aka VIC OCANA aka AMOS OCANA and this is his NEW scam!!!
