I opened my account with Verion wireless in 2004 and at first I was very happy with my service, I talked my Mom, and other family and friends into getting this service with Verizon , Then it stared happing , my bill got higher and higher, and when I would go in to complain about the charges every employee I talked to said well it was the package you picked, but I can switch you to a better package and save you a lot of money, So I did this well my frist bill with the new package was what they claimed it would be but then on the next bill I was charged because I changed plans and my 2 year contract was not up, So they charged me for that, then so I paid their charges as I had to have my cell phone do to the business I am in, A STORE MANAGER,  after my 2 year contract was up I went to the family plan to save, Boy did they rip me off on that deal, they said my monthly charges would be $185.00 a month,I changed to this plan n 2010 as I would have unlimited cell phone calling that I could call any  other cell phones and would only need the basic call plan, well when I put in my most called land lines they said that those numbers would not go againest my plan, well they lied, I got charged so many fees that the Verison store employee's said that is all part of your package well and I told them I was not told of all of these charges, So I told them I was going to close my account and go with another wireless company, during this call MY SON PULLED UP THE BALANCE OWED on his phone and  he got the balance off $280.00 then he got a message that we was being charged $100.00 for calling the corp, office about our bill I was still on the phone with the corp, office and I asked them what that charge was that just hit my account and they would no give me an answer , Now my phone bill with them is almost $2,000.00 with late fee's with intrest charges I WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL DO TO THEIR LYING and major rip off charges , there needs to be a formal law suit filed agentist this company and it needs to be on T.V. so all  of the Verizon customers can be compensaided for their bad customer service,thier lyeing, and deciving ways and being RIPPED OFF
