Verizon Wireless - lots of coverage, but they shaft you on your phone. Unless you can;t live without the coverage - go to somebody else.

You buy a phone that has tons of capabilities, but then Verizon cripples it so that you have to purchase thier services (which suck), and charge you each time you use them (which sucks more). My wife and I bought 2 new Verizon phones, with cameras, MP3 capability, everything... I even bought the phone tools and Music/VCast software. We can't get our pictures from our phones without sending them through Verizon's connection (web charge, data charge, & OH-SO-SLOW). Can't send or recieve tunes without using cruddy web services and super cruddy VCast - (Slow, small selection, expensive, & did I mention OH-SO-SLOW). Verizon - you blow. At the end of our contract, we will take our family plan and s_t-can your phones.

2 bad - any other carrier selling the same phones and you get 100% capability. Your service, shaftage... I manage my companies wireless plans and we were going to go to Verizone (1700 sales reps with data & lots of minutes). No more. My personal experience was an experiment as I wanted to be an early adaptor and learn about your services. Learn I did, pay you will. Anybody else but Verizone - that is the lesson.
