I called yall on the 11/02/2018 to cancel an order I placed 11/1/2018 night. the guy I talked to said that I cant cancel the order because it had already shipped. I told him how can I cancel it he said he will email me the return info so I can send it back when it arrives. 11/5/2018 I got the tracking info that said my package was delivered...when I got off work I look for the package and it wasn't there,. I contacted the usps to see where the package is. they gave me a case number CA140286484 and said to contact the seller because it was left at my front door. after I got done with them I contacted vasanti and told them my package didn't arrived... the ignorant guy who answered the phone told me that he don't know what to do and that it wasn't life or death and that he will get back with me in 1 or 2 days after he call the usps.. I told him 41 dollars may not be a lot of money to him but it is to me . that I will be out of town and that we can call usps back on three way. he said no and put me on hold and left me on hold 47 minutes... and never came back on the line.. the phone hung up in my face and when I tried to call back the message said that the office was closed that I would have to call back tomorrow. I am disputing the charge with my bank and I am also looking into seeking legal action against this stupid a*s cheating company with poor lying customer service reps working there. I feel like my money was stolen and I don't even have the product that was paid for. I will never shop here again and my lawyer will be in contact with this company soon.
