V2Premier/ShopNBC Vscom Technology Worthless computers, Internet
Purchased 2 V2Premier laptop computers from Shop NBC. Have always had problems with laptops. Tried to contact V2 Premier.com and see website is for Sale. When I went to the repair site I was referred to Office Depot for the repairs. Sent e-mail to them for estimate for part and installation and was told them have never had any type of relationship with this company and do not know who they are.
Called ShopNBC where I ordered the computers and was told they no longer have any information on this company as to the where abouts, telephone number or etc. Need to investigate this on my own. These are 2 wothless, cheap, slow, pieces of junk which cost me $ 1800.00 a piece. I never could get any assistance from this company and now can not find them. So good bye to $3600.00 to a company promoted highly by Shop NBC but is a piece of junk when you get it, then they have no answers for you even though they had a 4 year relationship with this company.
