Sitting here wishing I had known about this website 2 months ago. I got this call september 28th sometime int the afternoon this really pleasant lady talked to me about getting this credit card but i kindly declined. So she put me on hold and let me speak with the so called verification officer whose name was Robert who by mere coicidence knew that I had been declined for a credit card app but they changed their minds about it. He made the offer again for the 5,000 limit (if there were other offers i cant remeber them).

Anyway I allowed them to split my payments up for the 329 something dollars into two payments one which was debited from my bank with no info it just said share draft of 165.00 so go figure. Then came the last payment of 164.99 on the 22nd of this month, so with great anticiaption of a lil extra christmas money today i called to check the staus of the card just to make sure everything was ok. I cannot begin to express the rudeness of the lady who answered the phone which by they way sounded exactly like the lady on the voicemail recording.

She was so damned rude, at first she acted like she couldnt hear me, the she spoke to me as if calling was wrong and hung up on me. So i took a deep breath and called back calmly and asked her could i cancel my transaction completly and she started yelling at me and told me that they already exlplained to me everything i needed to know, and during to voice verification i agreed to these terms and conditions.

I told her that the terms and conditions were not my problem i said i havent even received the damned card yet and im already getting bad customer service. She said well im not customer service and like i said you will get your card around christmas. I said may i have your name please? She hung up. I called back again and calmly asked to speak to a supervisor she yelled again and said give me your name and number and i will have someone call you back so i agve her my name and number and asked her for her name again and she hung up. Then i called back a fourth time and she asked me was english my first language, I told her that it didnt matter and asked her if i could speak to Robert the verification officer(of course he was not there), this time listening to the background as other people were laughing.I tried calling back but the line was not accepting anymore calls.

Clearly these people are making a good living off of those of us who are gullable enough to accept their offer,and having a good time while doing it. It was too good to be true and i have already started emailing the BBB of there practices.Forgive me for my grammar and typos this just happened today and im really still ticked about it please somebody send me a comment on this so we can start a class action suit on these monsters. I do accept some responsibility for my loss in this, but look here, i am a law abiding tax paying citizen i am 25 years old with two adopted siblings and a young husband. I was just trying to give them a better christmas this year, these people need to be brought to justice, but i also know if the law wont God will. But it was surely a lesson learned.

I hope Naseefa reads this especially, make sure all who are victimized read the article in here about steps to take to get your money back they work! I sent my comment in on the first and here it is the thirs of december and i already got half of my money back Naseefa, it may take a lil longer for you because they got you to run past the 60 day mark and the banks swear that they only have until the 60th day to be able to represent any claim but not after. My 60 day mark for my first installment was very near but since my second was just taken on the 22nd of Nov I got 164.99 back the same day they reversed the charge for me. To add to that i found that they ran both transaction through differently the first by electronic check which Naseefa was right it was made out to Eclipse Products and I got a copy of the account number it was posted to which was 940 828 04114 not sure which bank but i beleive it was Fleet. The second payment was done by draft how they got it back by the close of business yesterday remains a mystery but at least the bank helped me get half my money back. They said that becase i admitted by voice verification the first payment may take longer, but i am ok with that. I really want to thank this website and all of the other people who commented especialyy Naseefa who definitely did their home work. I owe you lunch!! You better believe i printed out every single last page about that company and took it to the bank including my own.When i told them thier moths dropped, and as much as I wanted to take credit for all of the research, i couldnt I owe that to Naseefa!Half is better than none right? I did send BBB an email and I will still file a police report and call the staes attorney, oh and did you know if you type the number315 732 6666 in the reverse phone book the address is that of an abandoned property listing in New York on 258 Gennesee st? Oh yes these People are good, but they will pay sooner or later.
