Mr. Burk I’m happy to see that you’re engaging in this forum! It gives the public the opportunity to see the difference between facts, truths, public records, and your lies so let’s get started: We provided the public records showing you’re a convicted fraud felon, case number for your Bankruptcy (thrown out by the courts), and multiple public records documenting people that have won lawsuits you.
Please provide the police report/case number for the identity theft and fraud of Les Burk you claim is being investigated. Are you suggesting that by referencing public records someone stole your identity? Are you Les Burk a convicted of felony suggesting someone has defrauded you?
You reference this report as being fictional with no Merritt. Do you deny the public records? Do you deny you’re a convicted felon? After scaming me and my family were devastated and don’t know if we can justify throwing good money after bad considering how many others you owe and are currently trying to collect from you.
We have faith justice will somehow be served. You reference anyone can write anything and it will run amuck but when public records tell truths it exposes your lies. Do you deny that Atomic Container Homes, American Container Homes, Sun City Farms, ACHI Modular, and Universal Container Homes, are not all the same?
Everyone knows Les it's all you hiding from your past and shaming your family. You use your wife Diana G Burk (Hispanic local women) and your son Danial (American Container Homes) as a front to continue on with your scams. Let's not forget to mention your business partner Ethan day and his checkered past including, but not limited to the containerhomefund stock scam you ran.
All of you are a threat to society. You're correct you owe us much more than 200K once attorneys fees, collection cost, and interest get calculated. Defamation of character does not take place when speaking truths and referencing public records. Les Burk a convicted felon already defamed himself and destroyed his character by his unlawful actions.

"Steve" is being investigated by El Paso police for identify thief and fraud of Les Burk's name. This report filed in February is fictional and has no Merritt. Please encourage this individual to come forward into the light and identify himself... Anyone can write anything on the rip-off report and it will run amuck.
If you are the kind of person who is going to believe it just because you read it on the internet then enjoy your fictional forum. If you want the truth contact the respective companies mentioned directly. Folks, there is no "Steve"... Not until this liar comes forward and proves himself.
Also, Universal Container Homes is owned by a Hispanic local woman who would sue his a*s off when it can actually be determined who this culprit actually is...there is no 200k debt owed to a "Steve" by Universal.
So... the reason he continues to hide is he is affraid of the jail time he is facing when he is finally caught for his defimation of character.
