 I contacted BH after unsuccessfully trying to reach two types  of medical specialists to no avail. My list contained over 20 names of health-care providers who said they were NOT accepting new patients. I kept a record of each place, person and date of all my calls. I exhausted  the list of providers in my area. I wrote a letter to a Human Resource analyst 4 months ago and never received an acknowledgement.

I have this policy through my employer and am unable to see specialists! How can they legally offer insurance but not provide available doctors? It seems like fraud to me.

If United Health Care- Behavioral Health were not my company's chosen providers, I would never use them.
