Hello, My name is Donna Wine. I'm having trouble with UkI Cummunication, Inc. too. But My company address is 2 North 20th Street, Suite 200 , Bermingham, Al. 35203. I was also promised a 100 free minute phone card. I got in touch with them three months ago. And they told me that they ran out of the phone cards , so they would send me a $100.00 check. Well the second month went by and guess what no check. So I called them again. The gentlemen told me that he wasn't tolled about it and my check would be here in a month. Geuss What! December has went and gone no check. So Today Jan.07, 2002 I called again the gentlemen told me he had a back log in December so my check should be in the next months. I wouldn't count on it.
I think the company should have to pay us our 100.00 and give back what we spent on long distance phone calls . Then they should have to pay us for switching to a different phone company. anybody with a complaint sould also fill with the Attorney General office of there State and BBB!
