Txtag Charged my acct. $40.00 for tolls I didn't use. Will not refund. Austin Texas
Txtag has charged my account $20.00 4-29 and $20.00 5-2 for toll road fees I didn't make. I have called their customer service so many times I've lost count, wrote a letter and filed complaint via email. Their customer service will not connect me to a despute resolution dept. and won't let me talk to a supervisor and they didn't send me images of the vehicle on the toll road as they said they would. It's like they don't listen. The letters in my license plate is HDP and is a white jeep - the other vehicle is a GMC Savana (per public records) and the license plate letters are HDT. They have transposed the license letters. Txtag is a total ripoff. How are they still in business?
