Turner Consumer Service Refrigerator Repair Overland Park KS
Turner Consumer Service performed an improper install, they will charge service fee to come back and fix their work.
The Ice machine was not installed properly. A small leak caused an ice block to develop over the course of 3 months and freeze up the whole compartment. This was a direct result of their install.
The company had to come reposition the item, but since the it took more than 30 days for the small leak to fill the whole compartment and freeze, they charged for repair.
The technician left a work order with no charge. The office staff mailed a fee.
Upon suggesting I come to the office to resolve the dispute, the office staff stated that I "woudn't like what would happen to me if I went there." They were highly unprofessional. The manager resused to speak to me and suggested I retain a lawyer.
