Looking for scammed Turn of the Century dba Travelbridge members:
Possible Class Action Law Suit forming.
This company has continued to scam thousands of people out of there hard earned money with this travel scam. We are planning a class action suit against this company. We are in the process of collecting names and address and the amount each person lost. We have been picketing the Irving, Texas office off and on for about three weeks. This company has offices in five states and BBB reports from all states is very bad.
Have anyone you know that was a member of Turn of the Century before they became Travelbridge and anyone who signed up under Travel bridge contact us.
The states that we have found involved so far are: Arizona, California, Texas, Florida, Georgia. Anyone from any state can join us. Please pass the word.

Please note that TEXAS has settled their claim with Turn of the Century and Travelbridge. The attorney general(www.oag.state.tx.us) has settled with these two merged companies. Everyone in Texas should have filed by the 31 of March and should receive money back by June 1st. a certain amount was put aside to pay claims so a pro-rated amount will be paid depending on how many people applies for the refund. Please go to the attorney generals web site and print is out and send it to you attorney general for the same type of claim. If there are persons from Texas who did not make the claim in time you must seek private council. Marilyn Drake

Jackson Their phone number: 281-449-8366 Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: My husband and I were recently told that we had won a prize and we were to report to Travelbridge for a presentation. We went to their office July 15th and I am writing my comments to you July 23rd. We were seated at a small table with a salesman. We were shown a movie and promised a lot of savings on vacations. The vacation that we would like to take actually cost higher with travelbridge's offer rather than a regular travel agent. Every time that I try to call them I'm either put on hold and they never answer the phone and they never call back after I've left messages. Please help!
