Trymedia Systems TRYMEDIA SOLD ME A GAME THAT CAN NOT BE PLAY ON MY COMPUTER AND WAS POSTED ON THE SITE BEFORE I PRE ORDERED IT THINKING I WAS ORDERING I FROM GAMESTOP, Internet
THE NEW STAR TREK ONLINE GAME WAS COMING OUT AND I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING FROM GAMESTOP.COM...THERE WAS NO MENTION THAT THIS GAME IS A WINDOWS BASE GAME AND WOULD NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH MACINTOSH COMPUTERS..I PAID 53.94 FOR IT,..THE DAY OF THE DOWNLOAD 02-02-2010 I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE GAME AND IT WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD..I SENT A EMAIL TO TRYMEDIA SUPPORT CENTER AND GOT A EMAIL BACK SAYING THIS GAME IS FOR WINDOWS ONLY.NOW I AM NOT A DUMB PERSON AND READ THE PRE=ORDER PAGE WELL AND THERE WAS NOT MENTION THAT IT WAS NOT MACINTOSH COMPATIBLE..I REQUESTED A REFUND FROM THEM AND THE REPLY BY SAYING IT MY FAULT AND THAT WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING YOU PAYMENT"DAVE: I REPLIED AND GOT THE SAME EMAIL...I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM TRYMEDIA ...SO HERE IS THE "ALERT" DO NOT ORDER GAMES FROM GAMESTOP OR TRYMEDIA THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM NOR CAN YOU CONTACT THEM..THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER AND AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THEY ARE NOT A LEGAL COMPANY I HAVE NOT CONTACTED GAMESTOP.COM FOR INFO ..THE PAGE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GAMESTOPS BUT THE DOWN LOAD CAME FROM TRYMEDIA..WHO EVER THEY ARE...I HAVE PLACED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND STILL NOT RESPONSE FROM THEM...I THINK IT A SHAME WHEN PEOPLE ARE JUST RIP OFF FOR THERE MONEY BY COMPANIES LIKE THIS...I WILL NOT STOP TILL SOME ONE ANSWERS FOR THIS..IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON TRYMEDIA..PLEASE EMAIL ME AT (((email redacted))) ///JOIN THE FIGHT

I have been purchasing games from Trymedia for quite some time now. Mostly the Hunting Unlimited series. Everyone of these games give you the System Specs Requirements. If it only reads Windows, and nothing else is listed such as Mac, then logic concludes that Mac is not supported. This is your fault, not Trymedias. You need to pay more attention to the details, and what is NOT listed. Way too many times on game forums that I moderate, people complain that a particular game doesnt work only to find out that they dont meet the Required Specs. READ THEM. Theyre written for a reason. I wouldnt give you your money back either. Gamestop is also a reputable company.
