TRS With Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Refuses to change furniture I have had for only 2 weeks Knoxville Tennessee
I purcashed/leased my sofa and chair and coffee table and end table through TRS. After receiving the sofa and chair, I found the sofa was not comfortable for me and the chair is to big for my apartment - I had originally considered another sofa and after calling TRS to tell them I was not happy with my choice and the chair was too big and I would like to change to the sofa I had originally a lady put me on hold for a long time and then came back and said I would have to keep the sofa and chair and pay on it for 5 months and them I could return them and start all over? I had made a down payment (included a delivery charge) of $440.00 and my payment are to be 204.00 a month. Why should I have to keep something I am not happy with for 5 months and pay around $1000 not including the down payment of $440 and then start all over? Something needs to be down about this type of operation.
