TRAVELOCITY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AFTER 3HOUR BOOKING THE HOTEL WITHIN THE HOUR OF ARRIVING LEFT THE  HOTEL VERY UPSET OF HOW FILTHY THIS HOTEL WAS SPENT OVER 3HOURS TRYING TO GET MY $500 REFUND WHICH THEY WERE TRYNG TO CHARGE ME A FULL NIGHT AFTER WALKING OUT WITHIN THE HOUR TRANSFERRED TO MANY AGENTS WHO KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND TRANS AFTER TRANS SPOKED W 2 SUPERVISORS WHO TRANSFERED ME TO BILLING WHERE THEY KEPT TELLING THEY WOULD PARTIALLY REFUND ME TO A DISCOVER CARD WHICH I NEVER OWNED I KEPT TELLING THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER I PAID WITH MY BANK OF AMERICA MASTER CARD DEBIT STILL SAID NO THAT WAS INCORRECT AFTER I TLD HIM I WAS LOOKING AT THE CHARGE THRU MY BANK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE TRAVELOCITY ANYMORE PREFER PAYING FULL PRICE FOR BETTER HOTELS I KNOW NEVER WILL TAKE THE RISK AGAIN I USED TO LOVE TRAVELOCITY BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN
