Transouth Arcadia ripoff rude and greedy Bedford Texas
Apparently Arcadia took over Transouth. Since then the customer service has been terrible they are very rude. They talk to you like your trying to rip them off and try to make you believe the only way to solve a problem is on their own terms. I need a car very badly so I accepted the contract believing that I could refinance my car after about 6 months of on time payments. That is not true even if I pay my car off early I still have to pay the full amount which I feel is very unfair. My car only cost 10,080 dollars but after they added interest my total loan ended up being 19,000.
It should be illegal for a company to charge that much interest. Transouth takes advantage of hardworking people. I only owed 50 dollars late payment on my car and Transouth actually sent out a repo man because of that 50 dollars. They clearly do not care about their customers. I also found out that I was approved by other comapanies but the car company only presented me the one with the highest interest. So be aware of what the car companies present you with and make sure there or no other options. I really wish there was some way that we could hit Transouth hard in their own pockets.
