TracFone Wireless ripoff TracFone rep. added MY minutes to someones elses phone, their mistake, not mine Miami Florida
While trying to add a 1 year phone card minutes to my TracFpme, I was aked for the serial number. The person I was giving information to said to hang up the phone, take offf the back & look under the battery and call back on a regular phone.
When I called back, I was informe that the minutes I had purchased had been already added to someone elses phone. I asked how this could happen when they did not have MY serial numer at the time.
I was told there was nothing they could do. After spending approximately foour hours on two seperate days and speaking to several reps. and their supervisors I was given a different reason from each one as to what happened.
They finally agreed to add just two months to my expiration date but no more minutes. Therefore, I am out $97.00 which I cannot afford on a fixed income.
