Tracfone Wireless ripoff order phone online with guarantee money back, doesn't work in our area, won't take phone back. Internet
Ordered phone on line with 100 min card. Paid $29.99 plus shipping and tax. Card inside said within 30 days of purchase guarantee money back if not satisfied.
After 5 phone call and 10 email to them the phone still is either roaming or no service at all so I called this number they had on the money back quarantee to send it back and she tells me that I can't send the phone back because the phone was free when I got the phone card but if I pay for shipping and handling they will send me another phone.
Why would I want another phone that doesn't work in this area when it had a money back guarantee in the first place. I ordered this phone on line on aug 8 th so it is within the 30 days.
