We bought a camera monitor from them like 6 or 7 months ago, the camera monitor just worked like 3-4 months and then we when to the store to get the reimbursemet. The firts time my wife went to change the camera monitor or get the money back but she could not get any help from the assistant manager. She told me that he was disrespectfulwith her and even he turned around and did not pay attention about our issue. We have to contact customer service ....same issue and then i have to call their call center and spoke with a supervisor that managed our issue the way that we wanted when we went to the store, then we came back to the store and the same guy was at the customer service counter with the same acttitude.
We could get our money back but after 2 months dealing with this people
The poorest customer service ever.

Does Toys R Us have a policy that says you can return items after "like 3-4 months"? I've never heard of a retailer that accepts returns after that length of time. If the store indeed has this kind of a policy, you should probably post it as part of your report.
