This Rip Off Report warned of the corruption in the TSA earlier this month. In the Sports Section of the East Valley Tribune (AZ) on August 30, 2001, TSA head, Ted Ferris, (also the crafter of Proposition 302), was depicted with attorney for Bidwells at a Diamondback game. Ted Ferris is a public servant and there appears to be a great deal of impropriety associated with this association. Ted Ferris needs to let the public know how he got his front-row ticket to the game!

These comment are directed at comments about "Major" Giuliano: http://badbusinessbureau.com/view.asp?id=4332 I would hope there are those who are able to recognize the falacy of his arguement. Ad Hominum attacks to justify a position are never valid. The fact that "Major" Giuliano has lied about tons of things has nothing to do with whether or not some group may or may not like him. What I am more concerned about is that there is anyone in our great republic who wishes to limit any individual involvement in our political process regardless of any affiliation. Tocqueville points out that the strength of our American Democracy is that we have a multiplicity of associations. So, in other words, there are lots of farmers who have their interests, who are also, Islamic, Catholic, Mormons and Buddhist. They cross over to support their particular interests. So, not to worry, Lucas. Are you really that concerned about having a Monday celebration of July 4, or not having Halloween, or is it your concern that particular groups prosper around you? Lucas thinks that "Major" Giuliano is a good "Major." I would like to know what he means by "good." If he believes it is good to lie and deceive, I must disagree. Here are some facts: FACT: "Major" Giuliano lied about his conversations with Phoenix Mayor Skip Rimsza about alternative sites for the stadium. FACT: "Major" Giuliano lied about his SECRET involvement and conspiracy with the TSA and the Bidwells prior to a vote of the people. The current site was pre-selected, violating the rights of all those who spent thousands of dollars preparing alternative site bids. So you see, Lucas, your concern should be about any abrogation or erosion of our rights. Everyone should be involved in our political process, but the fact of the matter is that very few are. Lucas, do not suggest that "Major" Giuliano's mendacious condition is due to the fact that he is "Gay," because it does nothing to support the "Major" but instead denegrates him, for it is to suggest that there is something inherently bad in "Gays" that causes them to lie. If you are saying that I am personally offended. Think your argument out logically and don't throw in unrelated subjects. It tends to only confuse the issues.
