Complaint Review: Total International - Nancy Yang - Jim Francour - Elk Grove Village Illinois

Nancy Yang is the owner of Total International (a wholesale furniture company), and Jim Francour is her Operations Manager aka flunky. They will sell something a customer has already paid for to someone else if they beat you in the door.

They will double charge you for your delivery. For example, lets say your order a complete bedroom set and come time for delivery, you are shorted a nightstand. Well, you've already paid for delivery on a complete set right? Wrong, according to Total Int'l practices. When they deliver you the nightstand, you will also be required to pay another delivery charge.

And just try to return something, forget about it. They will make your day a nightmare. Also, there is drug and alcohol use on the premisis.

OSHA was notified while I worked there, but they got a heads up somehow and cleaned up real quick, sent home the stoned employees, put safety equipment on the warehouse workers and somehow fooled OSHA.

Some employees think OSHA was bought, that there was and is no way to clean up that place in the warehouse. The warehouse manager at the time I worked there told me that he found smoked marijuana joints in the propane room for God sake. I guess she doesn't care if her place blows up.

I walked out (and so did my husband) when we found out she was advertising in the Chinese Only Paper, to fill my position. I was promoted to Accounts Receivable, and because I would not double collect (as it is illegal), she was going behind my back to find another illegal immigrant to be her pawn.

That's another thing, she only liked to hire illegal immigrants, or drug using americans, as they are easier to bribe to do things her way. Yet, when each and everyone of the Asian employees got the green cards or whatever gave them freedom from that kind of place, they all quit on her.

And, Jim Francour is a total waste of air. He's nothing more that a bouncer for this woman. He intimidates people with his profanity, and crass ways. He spends most of his time on the net surfing porn sites, I encourage you to check that out as porn sites are monitored or they're supposed to be, and everything I have typed here is known to me to be factual and true.

I sincerely appreciate this opportunity to share with the consumer about what kind of place Total International, 1321 Pratt Blvd., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 847-593-4000 is. They have no conscience (they being Nancy Yang and Jim Francour).

Nancy Yang of Total Int'l in EGV, will cut your throat even family (I've seen it - her brother works there) ya her brother - in the warehouse, while pervert Jim Francour gets his cushy office to surf porn all day. Maybe because Jim is her puppet and her brother isn't. I don't know, but ya gotta admit it sure seems strange. I welcome anyone who wishes to discuss this with me, to contact Rip-Off so they can contact me, and I would be more that happy to tell all I know, and believe me, there's plenty. Including discrimination and sexual harrassment.
