Total home protection Unbearable telephone wait times. Inaccurate assignment of technicians. Unacceptable monthly delays in reimbursement. New Jersey
Telephone hold-times exceed 2 hrs. Assigned a technician that has not had a contract with them for over 12 months. rejected our claim as routine maintenance when it most certainly was not.
reimbursements for services paid by us took 3 1/2 months. It takes hours to contact company regarding a claim but you can gat immediate service from their sales office.
