I have just filed my own complaint about TORN APPAREL, MATT AND CRAIG STEICHEN. They did the same thing to me. its been 3mos, they have my money and my merchandise. They can keep the jersey that was poorly put together anyway, and just give me me my HARD EARNED $150.00 BACK. I filed police reports and started a Better Business Bureau file. I advise you to do the same thing. Even if you got your merchandise now...your can still file your report with the B.B.B.

yes Torn Apparel do not return calls and no the owners dont send merchandise until they feel ready. I have been waiting for one jersey for 9 months now
