Toptier Top tier U Top tier Company I ordered and paid for a shirt, they never sent or shipped the shirt and kept the money. They are completely unresponsive via any means of communication. Internet
I ordered a shirt from top tier in July 2017. This was supposed to be shipped within 4 weeks after order. It is now November 19th 2017. I never received the shirt, was never shipped, no refund, and absolutely no communication from the company.
