I am incredibly disappointed with this company and their service. Bought the $348 package, and got bam·boo·zled! Have spent all day back and forth with various folks at [email protected] to try to make this right, but it seems that just robots work there. I deeply regret not having checked this site first.
I am sure now, that this company outsources the work to India or Philipines. Their website doesn't have a customer service line nor actual people names. That should have been the first sign.
They advertise a top 10% of their network writer fro the executive package, but what i ended up with was definitely not from a trained resume writer like they advertise. My original resume actually scored much higher on jobscan.co than the version they created. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! You will regret it.
Total false advertising, taking advantage of the un-employed! Creeps!!!
