i purchased some stuff from this store cost me $14.38 dollars. I had a Visa gift card with $13.25 and so i gave it to cashier and she swiped and i told her, difference i pay cash which i always do other stores, but after she swipes my card she told me she can't accept difference as a cash and i have to pay full amount, i said ok but i told her just canceled charges from my Visa gift card because you already swiped, she told me she canceled. After that i paid full amount with may debit card. After i left store i called Visa card to ask charges because i didn't trust her, customer service told me they see that she charged, even if they refund my money back it takes about 3 to 10 business days, i went back to store and i told her why am i charged twice, why did't canceled? She told me same thing, she canceled, i said ok again, but i never got back my refund!
I called Visa card customer service many times and they telling me that they are not refunding my money, they refuse to return! I called store and i spoke to owner, he didn't want to even listen, he says they never charge extra, even i telling him i have all the records and transaction numbers, why don't you refund my money back? He turn off the phone even i told him i will complain to BBB...
IT'S NOT ABOUT THE LITTLE MONEY, STORE OWNER AND HIS CASHIER ARE THIEVES!
