I had been care giving my elderly parents in Southern California whom are are in very bad shape. My lady friend gave me a break after a year and a half, and went on line and purchased an airline ticket for me so I could visit my grown children (six of them), in Portland Or. She found a good deal on CHEAPTICKETS.COM. After 11months had gone by she recieved a post card in the mail telling her that new membership with GREAT FUN was going to be increased from $11.99 to $12.99. She asked me if I knew anything about this, I did not after call there number 1-877-488-9480 she has been told that she has been a member for almost a year and even had a membership number and and behold her Discover Card had been being pinged for that time. WE call Discover and they told her that great fun is showing up like a Rash from hell and that they were a sister company of cheap tickets. SO whatch out do not use this airline service or any other service they provide or you to will get burned. Isn't there an Attorney General out there with any balls that will take these a*s holes down?? Or should we start our own stille of retrobution?

Its called Cramming and its illegal. File the complaint against the worthless membership program as well as the website that you used. They try and hide this from you using tiny print and pre-checked check boxes. NO ONE WANTS THESE WORTHLESS PROGRAMS, so they resort to hiding it behind survey's offers of money off your current order etc. Credit card companies are also pushing these programs - you may receive a check from your credit card company and cash the check - you get signed up - not cashing the check is no guarantee that you will not be signed up anyway. Since they are working with the Credit card companies - they already have your account information.
