I ordered tickets from ticketsupfront.com two months prior to the game...I then tried to contact tof.com when I didn't recieve my tickets...

This place just dissapeard...I called the management co. of their office building...I was told that they too were looking for tof.com, told me that they heard that tof.com had filed for bankrupcy.

Ticketsupfront.com just disappeard from the face of the earth without telling me ANYTHING...they were sure to get my $$ though...I can't believe that any co. would just disappear and leave people hanging thinking that they have tickets to a big game...I was left to figure it out myself.

What a scam.

After reading the "Rip Off" complaints on Ticketsupfront.com I realized we had to reply to this. We have been identified as Ticketsupfront.com in the pass and now I see why. My company is Tickets Up Front Inc DBA TicketsupfrontUSA.com and is trademarked in Indianapolis, IN and is not affliated with ticketsupfront.com in anyway. Our company, Tickets Up Front Inc, started our business on June 28,2005. We have never had a complaint about our service and hopefully never will have a complaint. We also have a Fred in our office who is diffently not the same Fred that was working for the Ticketsupfront.com company referred to in the complaint. Our company has had over 23 yrs of combined ticket experience and put our customers at the top of any list. We know we must keep all customers content or we don't eat!! Please "do not" compare our company with this other dishonest company and if you need tickets to any event, give us a call. Thanks for your time in reading this rebutal. Jean Owner
