I agree with the other report I read about this stupid, out of control company. We ordered 5 tickets to see Weezer. We were NOT informed of any extra fee. When I got my tickets over a week later the invoice showed an additional $31.00 "convenience" fee charged to my credit card. Why aren't they obligated to inform customers of this? Who's watching these people? Never again will I order from them.
