Ticket Evolution, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, Texas seemed to begin with a lot of promise.  "Promise" - a word some have said Ticket Evolution has "used and abused."

During the first two years in business this start-up, a software company also known for offering banking services known as "EvoPay accounts" in conjunction with its broker exchange, appeared to exemplify the meaning of enthusiasm and determination.  Interested ticket brokers invested in the fledgling company to give it a chance at success against competitors such as StubHub and Ticket Network.  SEC filings in Ticket Evolution's name could not be found confirming the initial round of investments.

Unfortunately, despite all the enthusiasm and hype Ticket Evolution seemed to have hobbled itself by entrusting its technology development to an outsourced unreliable software development firm championed by Drew Gainor, then VP of Technology, as well as a Co-Founder of Ticket Evolution along with fellow CO-Founders Ram Silverman and Stephen Parry.

Now nearly three years behind schedule, over budget, and no longer 100% broker-owned - a promise made to initial investing brokers - Ticket Evolution has since been forced to seek outside investment closing a $3.5 million round of venture funding from Raptor Ventures and Boston-based Dace Ventures.  Ticket Evolution simultaneously entered into a wide ranging business development agreement with Raptor Accelerator – a subsidiary of Raptor Group, specializing in growth and expansion strategies for their clients.  Part of the agreement with Raptor included a restructuring of Ticket Evolution leadership.  This meant replacing Ram Silverman as the existing president.  The job of president was offered and turned-down by numerous candidates until Greg Doran accepted the position according to a former member of Ticket Evolution's board.

A virtual outsider to the industry with no apparent background in software or banking, Doran took the reigns as president and began his attempt to turn things around for the hemorrhaging company.  Drew Gainor, having now been assigned to other duties, left the technology department with an opportunity to find "a promising path."  As one investing broker noted, "Broken promises still seem to be the only dividend being paid to Ticket Evolution shareholders" as triumph continues to elude those with an interest in this company's success.

I have dealt with Ticket Evolution for over 5 years. Both the founders and current staff have always been honest, hard working and open. Their platform is state of the art and the best in the industry. Many ticketbrokers are migrating to their services as their inventory grows. Any consumer should feel completely comfortable dealing with them.

Upon reading the above rebutal from this company's owner it's even clearer to me (a former customer) why I only received excuses and accusations when Ticket Evolution tried to swindle me.  With management setting an example of excuse-making, it's obvious why this type of behaviour is embedded in the company's culture.  Nothing but excuses from them.

I had never had issues purchasing tickets from other sites. However I will never use Ticket Evolution's services again.  Upon ordering tickets to a game I became concerned over the amount of time it took for the tickets to arrive.  After contacting Ticket Evolution about this they gave me the standard runaround responses to buy time for themselves.  Finally my tickets arrived...on game day!!  I had resigned myself to the notion that I wouldn't be able to attend since my tickets hadn't arrived in a timely fashion.  Now I'm finding myself stuck with tickets I no longer have a need for.

Nevertheless, I call my friend and we go to the game together only to be humiliated by having our tickets confiscated at the gate and then being turned away and chastised by security!!!!!!  After calling Ticket Evolution again I was spoken to by some woman as if I was some kind of fraudster!  There was no empathy or consideration given for what they had put me through!  They reluctantly agreed to refund me 150% but only after threats and an unbelievable amount of hassle.  I even had to have my girlfriend call them to corroborate what I was telling them!  Never again!!  I will certainly tell anyone who will listen to avoid Ticket Evolution and its affiliates.

This is an article posted by a disgruntled ex-employee that we let go.  If you read the posting you will see it doesnt even reference any sort of monetary transaction for any goods or services.  He posted this article (using fake contact info) on many other sites as well which we had removed.  Feel free to reach out to him if needed but you can simply read the article to see it doesnt belong here.  This needs to be taken down immediatly since this is not the purpose of ripoff report and there were never any transaction between this employee and the company.

Thank You
