Thumbtack Takes advantage of professionals Denver Colorado
I have been on Thumbtack for over year and a half now and I’ve spent well over $12,000 and have not gotten anywhere near the ROI on my money! they refused to credit back on quotes that are clearly a misrepresentation of the actual bid that the people put in what they’re able to actually spend. Now they have taken away the packages that actually gave us extra beds for buying a large amount at once. They don’t do anything to protect the professionals and we are the only ones that keep them check the flow if it wasn’t for our money that we pay for credits thumbtack would not exist. I have reached out to their customer service many times in the beginning they were very helpful and would give me an extra 10 or 20 credits for leads in quotes that were not legitimate however I found out from one of the customer service reps that I now they have taken away the packages that actually gave us extra beds for buying a large amount at once. They don’t do anything to protect the professionals and we are the only ones that keep them check the flow if it wasn’t for our money that we pay for credits thumbtack would not exist. I have reached out to their customer service many times in the beginning they were very helpful and would give me an extra 10 or 20 credits for leads in quotes that were not legitimate however now they completely refused to do anything and tell me that all of the quotes are within their guidelines and meet their guidelines. Well to me when somebody says their budget is 20 $25 and you communicate with them and you find out their actual budget is $4 that’s a misrepresentation and a blatantly misleading! I would be happy for anybody to reach out to me via email in regards to a club that currently underway as I am still a member of Thumbtack I can get whatever information is needed I can pull up correspondence from them where they are refusing to take accountability for the information that they are charging us for [email protected] I live in and based out of Colorado but if it is happening to me here it is got to be happening to people all over the states .
