Thrifty propane Shifty propane! Medina Ohio
Not going to say where I am but I am a delivery driver for this company, and you people are absolutely CORRECT! They do not care about the customers. When you place an order they don't even put you in the system for a few days to be delivered. Please do a search on level propane and a search under William maloof. This guy is a crook from WAY back. Tons of court issues, lawsuits, etc. it's worth paying the higher price from other companies to avoid this company!!
As drivers , we can't even get any customer service! Most of their delivery vehicles are kept at a bare minimum to be legal and a lot if times, they aren't! The owner had to put the company under his wife's name due to the fact he isn't supposed to be operating a propane business legally!! He owes millions to a bank and refuses to pay, he's a shady shady character! Please people, do some research and stay away from shifty propane!! Hope to god someone respectable buys out this company!!

Please take notice that Thrifty Propane (“Plaintiff”) has filed an action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Ohio) – Thrifty Propane v. John Doe, Case No. A1500404– due to allegedly false and disparaging statements published concerning the company on Ripoff Report using various aliases or screen names. This complaint is one for defamation per se, defamation, tortious interference with existing economic and/or business relationships, and tortious interference with prospective economic and/or business relationships against Defendant. Plaintiff seeks the following relief: a preliminary and permanent injunction; declaratory judgment; general, exemplary, and punitive damages; and attorneys’ fees. Defendant must answer the complaint within the time allotted by the Court.
