The Seller's Lounge Is A Ripoff. They Will Lie To You Then Bill Your Credit Card! Beware of fine print. $1.95 is just the beginning of the charges. Chesterbrook Internet
I purchased ebay how-to cd for $1.95 shipping. Agent said this was only charge, but my cc was billed $47.50 in 7 days because they said I signed up for monthly subscription in fine print. Before I paid the $1.95, I specifically asked them if there was going to be any other charges. THEY SAID "NO." The fine print says that they will bill you $47.50 until you cancel but they will lie to everyone to get them to sign up. RIPOFF! Because it is in their fine print, the cc company doesn't want to refund my $$.

Anyone interested, I'm in the process of getting burned " ....should have researched it first ! " Any way - I actually read their Terms and Conditions. When I did not get the cd I forgot about it. I do not have record of getting a password or user ID let alone loggging in. But I GOT CHARGED ! Anyway, I found it interesting that when I asked (3x) for proof of login and use they did not provide me with any documentation. Even though the "Policy" states All access to the Online Resource Center is logged and stored by TSL. I'm still waiting for proof of usage. Because according to the Cancellation Policy "money paid for membership is not refundable after the customer has logged into the site." Like I said I do not recall a user name / password or logging in and I know I did not get a CD to use. So for anyone else who is in my "boat" I thought this bit of documentation to fall back on might help. Because access to the Online Resource Center is granted as a membership in a training and informational online resource, money paid for membership is not refundable after the customer has logged into the site.
