The Logan Group, Int William Smith I was instructed by my doctor to take the Online Drug and Alchol Court Class. After completeing the exam and making payment I did not receive the certificate that was guarunteed. I completed the course on 2-18-2019 and my payment cleared on 2-19-2019. Murfreesboro TN

I took the course and completed the exam on 2-18-2019. The site took my directly to paypal after I completed the exam, which I know I passed because I printed out all the course material
as a reference. (I have Traumatic Brain Injury and sometimes I forget things, that is why I printed the course material), although the site allowed me to reference the study material during the
exam, I did not know that at the time. Once payment was made and cleared my bank on 2-19-2019 I wrote to William Smith and I printed each email of all correspondence. He assured me I
could print my certificate 2-23-2019, (today). The site is still asking my to make a payment to receive my certificate. Also this is not a secure site as when I went to input my payment method
a message bubble popped up stating the site is not secure. The site is http://, a secure site is https://. I am afraid I'm going to lose further money as the site is not secure and this seems like
an obvious scam.
I am required to have my Certificate to present to my doctor 2-26-2019 by 11am.
William smith got his money and then told me to print my certificate on 2-23-2019, which is a Saturday and has put me in a very comprimising situation.
I have already filed with the BBB, I have a friend at the Federal Trade Comission and will be calling her Monday.
My biggest concern aside from the guarenteed certificate is I was directed to paypal which is linked to my bank account, rather than allowing me to use a Credit Card. I may have to open
a new bank account to ensure my money doesn't disappear. Now because of all the complaints I see on this Logan Group I will probably have to close my bank account and open another,
as I was directed to paypal which is linked to my bank account.
I am also very concerned as my Pain Management doctor may drop me even if I do provide all th correspondence, forms, bank page showing when the money I cleared my account
on 2-19-2019. I was hit by a semi on 7-1-2013 and as a result last year I had a bad fall requiring me to go to a NeuroSurgeon. The NeuroSurgeon advised againt that type of operation
as it could potentially cripple me more.
My Pain Management doctor said I must have the Certification or he may drop me as a patient. It's a shame scammers like this have caused people who are disabled and crippled to have to
worry about now closing my bank account, I just received cchecks I ordered and cannot use them. I had my bank make a note regarding unauthorized transactions until I can get there
Monday and close that account to open another.
If any of the above happens I will get an attorney and sue for liability.
