They say that is a great economy, waste can go unnoticed, indefinitely, And go unnoticed it did, at Tesla, until yesterday. Elon Musk revealed what many investors had been stating, that being his company was fraught with obscene waste. Let’s examine one particular example for posterity. Costa Mesa Tesla dealership serves an affluent community of consumers, eager to purchase their premium product. Placing this responsibility in the hands of part time soccer moms(Suzie Hatzis), immature recent graduates(Kim Wong) and other unqualified employees who’s only desirable trait is a love for the company can have dire consequences. When consumers spend 100k for a car, they exude a certain degree of expectation that can usually only be quenched by those who have the same. Perhaps Suzie can return to Coach, peddling purses, and Kim can return to her role as "talent acquisition” at PSAV. They clearly didn’t scrutinize her resume, nor did Tesla, hopefully her next suiter will also overlook the contradictions. Perhaps Tesla will appoint future recruiters equipped with degrees commiserate with the responsibility, namely HR.

Never worked there, but I did try and order a part for my S75D, it was easier to drive to LA and order from that dealership.
