Terminix ripoff deceptive company ripoff fraud business tricked and lied to us Chico California
We had terminix for a year. We never did get rid of our ants except when one employee came out, he was very good and did a great job.
He had excellent customer service and I was asking him about my home, underneath, maybe mold or something so, he sent out a representative to see if they could help. Unknown at that time, we had a toxic moldy home and the Terminix stated we had termites and brought us a piece of wood (not even apart of our home).
So, we purchased the 1,300.00 baiting system. They installed all the stations and did check them every month. They never found any termites. We soon found out that we didn't have any traces of termites that it was a mold problem. So, I called terminix for a refund. Right? WRONG!
Even though they offer a warranty, they don't stand behind it. They did, however, give us three free months of service which I cancelled because the guy that did a great job, moved on and the rest of the Employees they sent out, didn't get rid of our ants. I then went to another company who said, Terminix is known to sell homeowners these baiting systems even when they don't need them. He also said, since we had a manufactured home, and it is off the ground, it is highly unlikely they would leave and breed in steel beams.
Anyway, the No Bugs No hassles didn't hold true for us. After cancelling, we asked that they remove the stations and they didn't even do that properly and said we could remove the rest!!!

Anyways,ok number 1 We only reduce your problem. if i could get rid of everypest at a persons house I would start my own company. You can kill 2000 ants but there is 20,000 more waiting. It does take a while to get rid of them. The part about the piece of wood not being part of your home. Well how it get there? You can ask any one that knows anything about termites,You cant transfer them from place to place. Well it very unlikely that you could. They need each other to survive. How long you give the system to work.It does take a while. I done some house that it took up to 8 months before getting any termite hits but also went back to some homes and found a hit after the first month being in the ground. Yes we do sell these systems to people that dont have termites,this so when the termites do come toward the home they hit the stations before they can get to the house.And the part about your, house being off the ground,termites can crawl up the peers witch is supporting your home. The termites dont breed in your home! They are going after the wood for a food sourse and yes they can make there mud tubes up steel and concrete. Hey i am just stateing facts,and i am sorry about your troubles with terminix. If i was your service person you would have had better service, we are not all the same yah know.
