Vending Machine Buyout Rip-off.
I was promised by Curtis Briguglio president of TCIS PO Box36532 Las Vegas Nevada 89133-6532. That he would buy 16 mint vending machines at $70-$80 each that I had extra from my vending business, these machines were new and unused. They were shipped to him on 4-15-99 and received within a week. Curt said that these were received but that the plastic cylinders in some needed to be reglued. I called back about a week later and an associate of Curt, Nick said the machines were fixed and he would have Curt send the money. On 7-7-99 I called again and talked to Curt and he said he would send the money in 1-2 days,no money. I called on 8-11-99 and talked to Nick who told Curt that I was on the phone, Curt was busy but the money would be sent out priority mail that day, No Money. On 9-3-99 my wife called and talked to Nick who said Curt was gone till Friday but that the machines were sold to someone and we should be getting the money soon, No Money. 9-15-99 I called and talked to Nick who transferred me to Bob Johnson. Bob said Nick was gone, I threatened legal action, $100. was sent well short of the $70-$80 I was promised. I called to say I would take $50/mach. because he had to reglue. 10-28-99 NO MONEY.
