On October 2, 2001 I answered a radio staton ad for a free tape "101 ways to save on taxes".
Needless to say there was a $4.95 shipping charge so I gave Richard Langenderfer my debit card number.
I decided to try the program they had to offer. Justin called back the next day for a credit card number. They had already ran my debit and was declined.
On October 24 I faxed a cancellation notice due to unanswered calls and just poor service.
they received my written notice Nov. 2, 2001. As I had to wait for someone to call me back about my refund, which they never did, I finally just held for Dexter Moore on Nov. 19.
He said my refund would take 21 days. On Dec. 17th he was not there. On Dec. 18th, he did an emergency 48 hour refund which never happened.
I was told wait until Monday, it'll be there. I waited. On Dec. 26th he sent me to his supervisor Rich Rerick who did an emergency 72 hour refund.
On Dec. 31st I was told they needed proof that they had taken the money out of my credit card, they have no record of it.
I really need help. If you knew how many times I have called and waited, you wouldn't believe it.
I faxed a copy of my credit card print out, but I know they'll come up with something else. Any advise is apprieciated. I did contact my credit card company in November. Thank you. Pamela Lewis
